Sweater belt flare

Happy Thursday everyone! I hope you are having a great day! Its almost Friday so get ready because the weekend is here! Its the last weekend before Christmas? Can someone just tell me how Christmas got here so fast? Who do you still have left on your list?!

It hasn't been cold here at all! I'm a little jealous of all the people with snow. However, at night it can get a little bit chilly where you need a light coat. I have had this sweater for a few years now. I also have it in black! I love belting it with a flare pair of jeans! By the way my jeans are on sale! They are linked below.

I hope you are having a wonderful Thursday! Christmas will be here soon enough and that means vacations and all sorts of fun things coming up! I'll talk to you guys soon! Please don't forget to leave me comments and follow (which is over on the right hand side)!

XOXO,

Katelyn

Summer Jumper

Hello! Happy hump day! Hope your week is treating you well! Mine hasn't been bad! I'm on a vacation before I move next week so I am relaxing and trying to enjoy my time in Tallahassee before I go!

Anyways, onto this look! I have a confession to make I am a shopaholic. I shouldn't have a credit card because if I did I might be like that girl in the movie "Confessions of a Shopaholic". Okay, so I'm not THAT bad but I'd say its a close second. I mean it kind of is a requirement for my job title. If you LOVE fashion don't you love shopping?

Well, the other day my friend needed to some run some errands so I went with her. We ran to Hobby Lobby, Target, and Old Navy. Hobby Lobby was such a brief trip I didn't have time to talk myself into something I absolutely needed. Target is usually where I run into trouble. Why do I always leave Target with ten items I didn't intend on purchasing when going there? So, we got the items my friend needed and then left. We got back in the car and in my head I was feeling so accomplished. I went to Target and did not buy one thing. It was a miracle. Then we went to Old Navy, my friend wanted some shorts for a trip she was taking. It all went down hill from there. However, the clothes were still worth it! The whole store was on sale! I actually have to go back to get some more awesome tanks (the tank will be a post coming soon!) because they are comfy, cute, and only $6! Yay for saving money! In my Old Navy trip I got this awesome jumper! It is so cute and comfy and easy to throw on when you are running out the door! I also loved being able to throw my hair in a low knot bun with a braid! Its super cute and quick when you don't have a lot of time to do your hair!

Well, hope this week continues to go well for you or if you are having a rough week I hope it gets better! "Every storm runs out of rain just like every dark cloud turns into day!"

Verse of the day:
"He began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." -Philippians 1:6

Katelyn

I'm so excited that I will be able to spend Easter with my family! I've put together some of my favorite dresses (from old posts) that I think would be great for Easter! They are from old posts so if my hair color is different its because it is looks that I shot at different times! Hope you enjoy this post! New Year, New Goals

Happy New Year everyone! I just wanted to write a quick post and wish you a happy new year! 2015 is going to be great!

I just wanted to share my new years resolutions with you! My main one would be to stop over thinking everything. Its something I really struggle with. I will over think what I said to a friend or I will over think did they take that the wrong way and usually I blow it out of proportion! So this year my goal is stop over thinking.

Some other goals I have for myself is to get back into my fitness routine. Last year I did really well and the end of 2014 I just kind of quit. I'm not big on gyms because I do not know how the machine works and I over think but I do love doing at home workouts. My favorite workouts to do is actually the tone it up girls from YouTube. I first saw them when they had that show on Bravo but I find the workouts easy to follow and they really work. I would love to try out their meal plan as well because it looks cool but right now I'm a broke college student so that is put on hold.

My last goal is to really put time and effort into my blog. I had it going the past year but it was never a top priority and this year it is going to be! I love fashion and I am actually in school studying retail merchandising and product development! I just want to share my fashion sense with everyone! I hope you enjoy it! So, leave a comment and tell me what type of posts you want to see and I would love to hear your new years resolutions as well!

Have a great Friday and a wonderful weekend! I'll see you on Monday!

XOXO,

Baby blues

I got this skirt the other week at H&M! The color is what caught my eye and then I tried it on I knew I had to have it! The color is gorgeous! I could not find it online for you to link it below but if I find something similar I will be sure to update and link it. If you have ever read my blog than you know I have small feet (size 4.5) so, finding shoes is really difficult for me! Especially because Target has taken size 5.5 shoes out of their store. I am so upset about that! You see my foot measures a size 4.5 but I can wear up to a 5.5 depending on the style and now that Target took 5.5 out I can no longer wear there shoes so I'm stuck searching for cheaper alternatives! I was actually at Ross looking for a picture frame and saw these shoes! I figured it couldn't hurt to try them on! I did and then I had to buy them because they fit beautifully! They are perfect! The shoes match everything and I can wear them out or to job interview! One of the best purchases I have made if I do say so myself! Well, I hope your Friday is going well and that you enjoy your weekend! I'll be back on Monday with a new post!
