I am going through a black dress phase. I haven't bought new clothes in a while! So, I have been trying to find new ways to wear dresses I already own! I feel like adding a belt can completely change the look of an outfit! I have had this dress for many years but rarely get the chance to wear it. I have noticed that it is coming back into style.
