I love a pop of color. I will have to admit this is more of a summer outfit! However, in Florida fall doesn't really come till maybe November and we get more of a straight to winter kind of deal. When I saw this skirt at Target I knew I had to have it! It is perfect for a cute summer outfit! You can dress it up or down! This blog post was taken before I changed my hair back to brunette!
