Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a great holiday with friends and family. I had a wonderful time with my family and friends! I know some of you are heading back to work today but soon enough another holiday is upon us. Its that time to begin new years resolutions. What are yours going to be? Most people want to get fit! Is that on your list?

 I want to be healthier but that is not just a new year resolution. 

My main goal is just to be happy and content in the place that I am in my life. I honestly haven't been happy for a long time. I will admit that I can be that person who always finds something wrong. However, I'm learning that if i am going to completely trust God that means letting go of control which, for a control freak like me is really difficult to do. I might not be in the place I want to be just yet but he has a reason for having us in certain places in life. Maybe you were there to help someone else and also gain experience. Either way my goal is to CHOOSE happiness! I can't wait to see what 2016 has in store!

Sweater belt flare

Happy Thursday everyone! I hope you are having a great day! Its almost Friday so get ready because the weekend is here! Its the last weekend before Christmas? Can someone just tell me how Christmas got here so fast? Who do you still have left on your list?!

It hasn't been cold here at all! I'm a little jealous of all the people with snow. However, at night it can get a little bit chilly where you need a light coat. I have had this sweater for a few years now. I also have it in black! I love belting it with a flare pair of jeans! By the way my jeans are on sale! They are linked below.

Happy Monday all! I hope you are having a great day! I can't believe Christmas is so close! Are you done Christmas shopping? I know I'm not! I have to get on it! 

It hasn't exactly been cold here in Florida. I want it to be cold so I can bring the boots out and the coats. So far nothing... So, I am still in my fun little casual dresses. It does get a little chilly at night so all I have to do is throw on this jacket and I am set! This dress isn't on the site anymore but any casual dress you have will work! Holiday blues

Happy Monday everyone! Hope you are having a great morning so far! I can't believe that Christmas is right around the corner. It definitely doesn't feel like it. In Florida we are still in the 70's so its still warm and not Christmas like.

Anyways, Christmas is upon us and its time to get your holiday looks together. Whether its for New Years or Christmas this look is perfect for either holiday! Sometimes you only dress up a little bit for the holidays and this is that dressy comfortable look. I love having my jeans on so that I am comfortable but the top, hair, and makeup brings the look together and dresses it up! I got this top from Lulus! Last year I was going to buy this top and then I decided to wait and when I went back to buy it it was no longer there. So, this year when I saw it! I had to buy it! Brown &Black

Hello all! I hope you are having a great Wednesday so far! 

Lately, I have really been into mixing browns and blacks. Which. really makes me laugh because I can remember being a teen and saying I'd never pair brown and black together! However, I realize that they compliment each other really well. I got these Steve Madden heels (Links below) a few weeks ago and I love them! I want them in every color! These Topshop jeans have been my favorite ever since I got them! I wear them all the time! The other week I was at Target and picked up a few great basic tees! This one is on sale for $8 again I have linked everything below for you! I love how this outfit looks! Its put together and casual at the same time. Well, I hope you enjoyed this post! Cover up fall

Happy Monday! Happy Columbus day! Hope you are enjoying your day off if you are lucky enough to have today off! 

Lauren Conrad premiered her collection with Kohl's at New York fashion week! I was in love with almost every piece! So, once it released in stores I went to check it out and got a few pieces. I love it all. I was obsessed! I love this little maxi duster (what Kohl's is calling it). It changes the whole outfit! I have worn the skirt and crop top before but adding the duster and a hat changes the look completely. Did you check out Lauren's line with Kohl's? What were your favorite pieces?
